So if you are unfortunate enough to be using Micro$oft Office, or whatever they are calling it this week, likely some variant of CoPilot, and need to submit a support ticket, good luck getting past the AI sentry that appears to be designed entirely to emulate Indian tech support workers, but shitter.
Despite however much money this fucking company makes, everything they do gets worse, every product is worse, all user experiences are worse, and the support… well yes it is worse, but that word fails to even slightly convey just how shit it is.
Expect to have to repeat your issue multiple times, to the AI, then to the AI pretending to be Indian tech support, then to the AI pretending to be Indian lead tech support, and so on. It is utterly embarrassing that a company that has infested the computing world like cancer makes so much money and yet is now even screwing their cheap outsourced labour out of their 2 rupees a month with their bullshit AI.
